Privacy Policy

Contact form. If you submit the contact form, we collect your name and email address (required), and optionally your phone number, company, project type, timeline, and project description — whatever you choose to fill in. This is sent directly to our inbox by email to respond to your enquiry. It is not stored in a database by this site.

Free Website Audit tool. If you use the audit tool, we collect the URL you submit (to run an automated check against it) and, if you choose to unlock the full report, your email address to send that report to. The audit results are cached temporarily (for up to 30 minutes) so the report can be generated, then automatically deleted. Your email address is used once, to send that email, and is not stored by this site afterward.

Analytics, automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics tools to understand traffic — pages visited, approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, and referring site. We use Google Analytics (which uses cookies) and Vercel Web Analytics (which does not use cookies and does not track you individually across sites — see Vercel's Web Analytics privacy documentation).

We don't sell your data. The following third parties process data on our behalf, only for the purposes described above:

• Google Workspace / Gmail — sends contact-form and audit-report emails on our behalf.
• Google Analytics — site traffic analytics.
• Google PageSpeed Insights — runs the automated checks behind the audit tool (it analyzes the URL you submit; it does not receive your email address).
• Vercel — hosts this website and provides Web Analytics.

We don't run a database for visitor or lead data on this site. Contact-form submissions and audit-report requests exist only as an outgoing email — once sent, this site holds nothing further. Cached audit scores are deleted automatically after 30 minutes. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics and Vercel under their own respective retention policies.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (for example, an email you sent us) — email hello@narcmedia.co and we'll handle it directly. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, these are your rights under GDPR; we honor the same request from anyone, regardless of location.

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site remains fully usable without them.

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

If what this site collects or how it's used changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
